Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your tracking information.

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. Delays caused by customs are outside of our control.
